A gunman who targeted three massage parlors owned by his sister because he blamed them for his sex addiction has been charged with attempted murder.
Cornel Huston, 21, a new immigrant from France, pleaded not guilty to the charges on Friday and was remanded in custody.
He faces three counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree robbery and one count of weapons possession in the attempted crimes in Webster, New York, on Thursday.
The man who claimed to be a killer has admitted he attacked three massage parlors because he blamed the sex workers for his sex addiction
Huston had his sister in business under the name Ashton Massage Therapy.
Police said he went there to collect money from his sister and surveillance video showed him take off his jacket and weapon a hand gun before striking at around 5.10pm.
Huston was arrested after an hour of negotiating with police as he walked out of the salon with his hands up, DA Peter Sands said.
He admitted he was trying to kill his sister and a sex worker he had previously frequented. He has been banned from the establishments until he appears at a future arraignment.

When police searched his home, they said they found items linked to the crimes, including masks, duct tape, and handcuffs and links to many escorts agency websites on his computer.
They also said they found a box of condoms and sildenafil, a drug that is often used to treat erectile dysfunction and can be used as a sedative.
It is not clear what led to the rampage but Huston is a frequent visitor to massage parlors and police said he had numerous arrest warrants.
It is believed Huston was using his sister’s business to bring in money.
